DVREDF will provide a grant to the Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), a national Community Development Financial Institution with a regional office in Philadelphia that provides financing and related services to non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia area, to support the Capital Capacity for Economy Recovery Project (CCER).
CCER is a federally funded program that provides direct funding and capacity building training to 25 organizations across the five-county region over two years. Support from DVREDF for CCER will help provide essential funding for a strong set of nonprofit organizations focused on economic development, job training and placement. Organizations within the program include Community Action Agency of Delaware County, the Montgomery County Community Action Development Commission, the Fairmount Community Development Corporation, the Francisville Neighborhood Development Corporation and the Girard Coalition.
