DVREDF works with local businesses and organizations to cultivate employment, improve neighborhoods, and strengthen the five-county region. Find out if your organization is eligible and take the next step towards partnering with DVREDF by filling out our pre-application.

What We Do

DVREDF provides capital to commercial enterprises and non-profit organizations that seek to take their operations to the next level. DVREDF supports projects that have clear and measurable job impact and contribute in a measurable way to neighborhood and/or regional economic development. DVREDF provides flexible loans of up to $500,000 to projects that benefit communities of need. DVREDF prefers expansion projects proposed by established businesses or non-profits versus start-ups.

DVREDF offers financing to a broad range of organizations and projects, such as helping a local non-profit grow its facility or aiding the launch of a local tourist attraction’s ten-year strategic plan. Eligible enterprises include non-profit and for-profit entities, as well as certain public private partnerships.

For information about the DVREDF back-to-business loan program, please check back in July. Details on partnership organizations and how to apply for loans will be shared at that time. Details on our other loan programs can be found on the Financing section of this website.
